This modern farmhouse plan is the first one we've introduced with a sport court option that comes into play if you build out the optional finished lower level (NOTE: the lower level is available as an upgrade from the Options menu). The exterior of the home mixes board and batten siding with wood accents to give this plan a wonderful modern curb appeal.
Just off the entryway is a formal dining room with access to a servery and the kitchen. The great room lies under a soaring cathedral ceiling and is warmed by a fireplace that is flanked by built-in bookshelves. Natural light flows into the main living space through large windows in the rear of the home.
The kitchen includes a large working island with a snack bar and a large walk-in pantry. The breakfast area accesses the covered patio through a sliding glass door.
The bedrooms are tucked away on the right side of the home. The master suite includes a massive walk-in closet, his/her vanities, and a soaking tub. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have their own walk-in closet and share a convenient hall bathroom. On the left side of the home, you'll find a window at the top of the stairs that looks down to a fantastic sports court.
An optional bonus room adds 418 square feet to the home and is perfect for a home office or an additional bedroom.
An optional finished basement can be purchased for this home that adds 1,750 square feet to the plan. The 619 square foot sports court is accessed from the basement area. A rec room, a bar, an additional family room, and an additional bedroom with a Narnia closet finish out the basement.
